If you are looking to be part of a forward-thinking company dedicated to making a measurable impact on the environment, we would love to hear from you.
Low-Carbon Materials Specifications Specialist
As a Low-Carbon Materials Specifications Specialist, you will develop enforceable, bidder-ready specifications that define measurable carbon performance for construction materials. You will draft OPRs, set carbon caps, and create detailed specifications for materials such as concrete and steel, incorporating lifecycle baselines and targets. You will work closely with engineers and contractors, manage supplier prequalification, and lead pilots for innovative materials. This role ensures traceability and compliance using QR-linked EPDs, maintaining standards for future projects.
Construction Estimating and Bid Analysis Specialist
In this role, you will ensure accurate, transparent project tenders and budgets that align with EcoMat Innovations’ sustainability goals. You will create cost baselines from project drawings, develop bidder-ready packages, and apply multi-criteria scoring systems to evaluate proposals based on price, embodied carbon, and risk. Additionally, you’ll manage vendor outreach, track market trends, and assess cost implications, ensuring that each project’s cost and sustainability objectives are met.
Marketing and Outreach Specialist
The Marketing and Outreach Specialist will enhance EcoMat Innovations’ market presence by executing marketing strategies across digital and industry platforms. You will create content that showcases our expertise in low-carbon material consulting and building performance modeling. Additionally, you’ll manage social media, coordinate events, and foster relationships with key stakeholders, helping position EcoMat Innovations as a leader in sustainable construction practices while using analytics to refine campaigns and increase engagement.
Lifecycle Carbon and Cost Analyst (LCA and TCO)
As a Lifecycle Carbon and Cost Analyst, you will provide decision-grade insights to balance environmental and financial performance across projects. You will develop lifecycle assessment (LCA) models, implement data governance, and translate embodied carbon impacts into total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses. You will identify high-impact materials, generate alternative options, and run sensitivity analyses to optimize both carbon and cost outcomes, ensuring each project meets sustainability and budgetary targets.
Digital Traceability and Data Systems Specialist (EPD/QR/IoT)
The Digital Traceability and Data Systems Specialist will design and maintain a digital infrastructure to ensure traceability across materials and data throughout the construction process. You will integrate third-party systems, ensure data lineage, and deploy IoT telemetry and QR-linked submittals for real-time tracking of environmental metrics. This role supports lifecycle and cost decisions by maintaining data integrity and creating audit-ready reporting to ensure sustainability goals are met.
Logistics and Circularity Specialist
As a Logistics and Circularity Specialist, you will plan, optimize, and coordinate material transport and delivery, focusing on minimizing emissions and costs. You will design transport routing and consolidation plans, manage on-site logistics, and establish take-back programs to reduce waste. This role ensures smooth material flow across all project phases, prioritizing environmental and cost objectives while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Building Performance Modelling, Commissioning, and M&V Specialist
As a Building Performance Modelling, Commissioning, and M&V Specialist, you will ensure projects meet their energy, comfort, and carbon goals from design to operation. You will develop and calibrate energy and envelope models, create performance-based specifications, and lead commissioning by conducting performance tests. You’ll also create measurement and verification plans, analyze metered data, and perform seasonal re-tuning. Your role will support efficiency by validating control logic, overseeing envelope testing, and providing operators with micro-training to sustain verified results.
